serves as a coordinating point to support informatics activities in research, education, and health care at the Schools of the Health Sciences.
GPCL Bioinformatics Analysis Core
analyzes high-dimensional data from studies that use microarrays, SNP arrays, mass-spectrometry-based proteomics, and other high-dimensional data sources, including mined biomedical (clinical and demographic) variables.
