• Clinical and Translational Research Center provides patient beds, outpatient facilities, core equipment, and an experienced research staff for clinical research studies.
• Regulatory Knowledge and Support Core of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute provides education and training, services, and resources to facilitate regulatory compliance.
• Center for Clinical Pharmacology provides analytical services, including drug metabolite identification and pharmacology studies, for preclinical and clinical research.
• Immunologic Monitoring Laboratory at UPCI provides state of the art serial monitoring of immunologic function in patients participating in clinical trials and research protocols at the UPCI.
• Office of Clinical Research, Health Sciences offers a number of services including an honest broker service (Clinical Research Informatics Service or CRIS), a data management core (including assistance with study design, data collection methods and data analyses), an Institutional Data and Safety Monitoring Board (IDSMB), research coordinator assistance, assistance in subject recruitment and an IRB submission service.
